Cancellation Policy
Revision Policy:Each booking includes 2 rounds of AI-hybrid revisions. Any additional structural changes after the final render will require a new booking. Cancellation/Rescheduling:Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session if rescheduled within 7 days. File Requirements:Clients must provide clean, dry vocal stems (WAV format) at least 2 hours before the session start time to ensure AI processing compatibility. Ownership:Upon full payment, Washington Management LLC grants the client a commercial use license for the final AI-hybrid output as per our subscriber terms.
